Motivation Study

Motivation Study

Although the “Employee Satisfaction Survey” can reveal several important pieces of information, still, it does not provide insight into the general agility of the organisation, the motivation level of the employees or, as it may happen, the lack of motivation.
If we perform the CAPTain Analysis Test with every employee of the customer's organisation or the tested department or group, with our experts we can provide a detailed analysis based on the above criteria. From this analysis and together with the customer, we can prepare a recommendation about the factors of motivation which should be improved in the future.
