Effecient Selection

Both international and Hungarian surveys show that the largest amounts in HR management are spent on seeking and selecting new employees.
Traditional methods of selection, namely personal recommendation and interview even with the greatest care often result in wrong decisions and significant damages. In addition, a more or less well functioning system can be improved and made more successful and/or cost-effective.
