Competency Analysis

In recent years, traditional aspects receive more attention in job evaluation and in the creation of jobs. In addition to the working environment it is put growing emphasis on the analysis of the competences; the required experiences and skills for the job, the applicant’s personality and behaviour, which enable the individual to successfully work in the position are also considered.
